Whether you are looking for property to buy, are in the middle of a new purchase or have lived in the Town for many years, we hope that this information is of value to you.

Please be aware that before the Town will release any water or electric utilities into the name of the new property owner, a Change of Occupancy/Ownership must be completed.  In urgent cases, the Town will provide a temporary release of up to ten days.
