Special Events Advisory Committee

Purpose

At its January 17th meeting, the Town Council adopted Resolution 2023-02 creating a Special Events Advisory Committee  to advise and make recommendations to the Town Council for the successful planning and execution of the Town’s 50th Anniversary of incorporation (October 2023) celebration and other events as deemed necessary by the Town Council.

The Committee will act as an advisory committee to the Mayor and Town Council and shall be comprised of members who are Bartonville residents and two members of the Town Council.
